NIKA awarded $48M IDIQ Contract with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

NIKA Architects + Engineers was recently awarded a $48M indefinite delivery contract to support the new Energy Conservation Investment Program from the Huntsville District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
This 5 year contract is to provide all locations of the USACE worldwide with innovative, sustainable architecture + engineering design solutions in an effort for Army installations to lower their building carbon footprint by utilizing the latest in green technologies.
NIKA’s team of experts in sustainable design principles will focus on alternative energy sources such as wind, hydro power, photovoltaic, geothermal, and a variety of others to ensure maximum efficiency of all buildings and campus-wide systems for the Army.
